These terms are between you and [Legal name of the developer or company] for your use of HABIT. If you downloaded HABIT from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Your account

You need an account to use HABIT. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings.

Free and Pro

The free plan includes up to five habits and syncing on two devices. Pro unlocks the features listed in the app, as a monthly or annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and are set by the store in your currency.

Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by the store under its own rules.

Your data

Your habits are yours. How they are handled is described in the privacy policy.

The service

HABIT is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited. [Governing law and jurisdiction.]
